Monday Training (easy 10k recovery from the xc)

Had a fairly busy Monday in the office and was literally stationary at my desk all day so didnt get a chance to go out for a walk to give the legs a stretch at any point.

So, I decided to go out and do an easy paced 10k tonight.  No pace target, somewhere around 9:00-9:15 min/mile pace and try to keep a relatively low heart rate.
 

Pace, check. Low HR, check. Just about spot on really.

Those that know Welling well will see that the Garmin was stopped right outside Marino's Fish Bar.  Ooops.
