Monday Training (Light weights at home)

Its supposed to be a rest day but was getting bored while watching Man City v Newcastle.  Not a surprise really.

So out comes the dumbbells and the swiss balls.

Simple session of 10 sets with one set consisting of...

  • 12 sit ups
  • 8 chest presses (with 2 x 9kg dumbbells)
  • 8 chest flys (with 2 x 9kg dumbbells)
  • 12 sit twists
40 minutes = done.
