Was a decent run tonight. Nothing overly taxing as with all the Wednesday night runs, its very much a social chat pace. The 09:05 min/mile average moving pace shows that. Sadly the knee felt a lot sorer tonight than it has done recently. I think its time that I went for another visit to the physio to get it sorted once and for all.
